LexoOffice is a legal work organization and management tool (files, cases, tasks, notes, attachments). LexoOffice does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee outcomes.
4Your Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership of the content you upload or create in LexoOffice. We do not claim ownership of your data or files.
- You grant us a limited technical license only to operate the Service (storage/processing/display to you/operational backups).
- You are responsible for legality and accuracy, and for not infringing third-party rights.
- We may take appropriate action in cases of abuse or valid legal notices regarding unlawful content.
5Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the platform or others. You must not:
- Attempt to hack, bypass security measures, or circumvent technical limits.
- Upload malware/viruses or run excessive requests that affect service stability.
- Use the Service for unlawful content or content that violates privacy or IP rights.
- Impersonate others or create accounts for fraudulent/harmful purposes.
6Permissions & Notifications

- Files/Storage: to upload and store attachments within your workspace.
- Notifications: for task/case alerts and updates if enabled.
- Camera (optional): to scan documents and upload them as attachments.

- We aim for reliable service, but maintenance or updates may cause temporary downtime.
- We may modify or improve features for security and performance reasons.
- Continued use after updates means you accept related operational changes.
8Backups & Recovery
We may use operational backups to support service continuity. However, we recommend keeping your own backups of critical documents.
9Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to LexoOffice (name, logo, design, UI, software) belongs to us or our licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code unless permitted by law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without absolute guarantees. LexoOffice is a tool, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee outcomes.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of profits.
- We are not liable for misuse or unauthorized account access resulting from failure to secure credentials.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by your device, network, or service provider.
11Termination & Suspension
- You may stop using the Service at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or clear misuse.
- We may apply additional protective measures in case of abnormal activity.
12Law & Dispute Resolution
